A cleansing diet is an individual matter and depends on the needs and well-being of the human body during the treatment. The recommended time is min. 2 weeks and max. 6 weeks. It couldn’t be any longer. The treatment can be repeated only twice a year, i.e. every 6 months, because the body must regain its balance.
