An important fact is that cocktails are unlikely to replace the traditional menu (the exception is the juice diet, but it can also last in this form up to a few days). Fruit and vegetable smoothies are the perfect complement to everyday meals, and some can even replace the whole dish, thanks to the fact that they are very nutritious and filling.
When planning meals, we must pay special attention to ensuring that they are balanced and wholesome. When using cocktail cleansing diets, however, it is good to limit, and preferably completely exclude: meat and fatty fish, sweets, highly processed products, sugar, as well as alcoholic beverages, coffee and tea. In turn, cold-pressed oils will help during a cleansing diet. They can be successfully added to cocktails.
It is also worth reducing the amount of meals consumed, as well as their calorific value, so that the daily diet is super light. We do not have to worry that we will feel hungry because cocktails can be very filling, and we will not have to snack.
It is best to prepare shakes just before consumption, but if this is not possible, then just make the necessary portions for the day, in the morning.
